Standards
All the apartments in the Atrium Kobylisy project provide not only functional and meticulously thought-out layouts but also high quality standards. In some apartments there will be a preparation for installing whirlpool baths and saunas, your bathroom so can be quickly transformed into a home wellness area.
The standard equipment of the apartments includes, among others, large-format wall and floor tiles, high-quality wooden floors, lacquered doors with above-standard height of 2.1 m, wooden euro-profile French patio windows, floor heating, concealed mixers, roller shutters, videophone or preparation for air-conditioning in apartments on the top storey.
The project also includes landscape gardening of the atrium, which will contain grown-up trees, bushes, flower beds and grassy areas, serving the relaxation of the residents.
The Atrium Kobylisy project meet the requirements for energy class B, indicating a highly energy-efficient building.
