About the project

Atrium Kobylisy is another residential project of the company CTR group a.s. A continuation of the successful project Kobylisy I, finished and completely sold out in 2010, the Atrium Kobylisy project comes as CTR group's response to the ever increasing demand for new homes in this traditional residential location.
Modern and timeless architecture, functional and perfectly thought-out apartment layouts, a closed atrium full of greenery and the Metro within walking distance. These are the main characteristics of this project.
Atrium Kobylisy will be built in the traditional residential neighbourhood of Prague 8 city district, which is especially popular thanks to the vicinity of a Metro station, but also thanks to its tranquil and intimate atmosphere of a villa area. From the very beginning of the design work, we sought to make this project smoothly follow up this traditional residential area while enlivening it with extravagant elements of modern architecture.

Project concept

Atrium Kobylisy consists of two three- to six-storey L-shaped houses situated to create a semi-closed space – an atrium, giving rise to the project's name. The atrium will contain trees, bushes and flower beds, creating an oasis of calm for the residents. The mass of the apartment houses is complete with extravagant organic shapes which, owing to their original colour, are a prominent and distinctive feature of the whole project.
The project will offer a total of 140 apartments of the 1+kk through 5+kk categories. Each apartment contains a terrace, balcony or an enclosed balcony. On the ground floor, two commercial spaces are designed to house a café or a small shop.
During the design process, emphasis was put on the use of the highest-quality materials and state-of-the-art technologies with accent on environment-friendliness. The result is apartments equipped to a high standard and with energy class B, indicating a highly energy-efficient building.
Some apartments will also offer the possibility to create home wellness facilities including a whirlpool bath and a sauna. Perfect relaxation can thus be enjoyed within the comfort of your home.
