Completion of the project's construction is already fast approaching. These days the last works before the final bulding approval are underway. At the same time also started landscaping work around the construction area, including the planting of greenery in the atrium.

The construction of the project Atrium Kobylisy is slowly going to the final approval - which is scheduled for the middle of October 2016. Currently the final-works continue on the interiors of apartments and tiles in terraces and balconies. Although 95 % of apartments are already sold out, there are still several large 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments with spectacular views of the city in offer. Check it out here:
In our project there are available only last few apartments for sale. These apartments are located on the top floors, with large terraces and spectacular views of Prague. You don't believe it? Just have a look yourself!

The facade is going to be completed these days and the works continue on the indoor equipment of apartments.

The construction of the project is coming to the finale. Currently the works continue on facade and molding anhydrite floors in flats.
The completion of the construction is planned to be in September 2016.
