Today was opened "Žabka" grocery operated by Tesco Stores in a non-residential spaces of the project. The commercial space is available for sale and thanks to a long-term lease contract, you can get a guaranteed yield of 6% p.a.

In our completed project there was newly opened cafe for residents and visitors from around offering high quality coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks or breakfast and refreshing salads.
